For Corporations/Professionals:
Asian-American and International professionals currently hold critical roles in many industries; including accounting, finance, pharmaceuticals and healthcare. As this population enters the workforce in larger numbers, addressing their culturally-related challenges is critical for organizational productivity and success.
Our unique methodology deconstructs the socio-professional values and norms of different cultures, demonstrates how certain behaviors of cross-cultural employees can affect their corporate advancement and provides strategies and tactics to enhance their performance.
Specifically, our programs identify expectations in American corporate culture, define leadership and management success factors and teach professionals how to think, communicate and perform more effectively.

Highlighted Programs:
- Persuasive Communications
- Personal Power and Leadership
- Team Integration and Participation
- Managing Up, Across, and Down
For Universities/Students:
Every year, US universities are seeing an increasing number of International students. These students are smart and hard working, and many are seeking US job opportunities. Unfortunately, cultural differences about individualism, self-expression and personal passion often hinder their ability to land the job they desire.
Dreambridge Partners aims to help these students succeed. We use our cross-cultural knowledge to help students connect to their purpose, passion and power. We then teach them how to effectively communicate and connect with employers. We offer job search programs, general acculturation programs and leadership programs for Inter- national students. Our workshops and interactive lectures stand out from the crowd because we utilize culturally oriented approaches to help students identify and express oftentimes hidden interests, talents and skills.
